Our offices are closed, but we’re still working!
We wanted to update you following the Government’s recent COVID-19 announcement. As we have been throughout, we are adapting our working processes in line with Government guidelines and can confirm that our offices are now closed but we are continuing to work from home, in isolation.
With so many of us now at home across the country, we are anticipating the interest in the property market and online activity to increase, so we have taken steps to ensure that we at ME Estate Agents are leading the industry and making the most of the increased activity and interest. Here are just some of the things that we actively are doing:
- All of our colleagues have all the tools they need to work remotely and there are call diverts in place to ensure all enquiries are effectively managed.
- We have led the use of virtual reality tours in Surrey and Hampshire for some time and, given current circumstances, we have recently placed significant emphasis on these. The majority of properties listed with us can now be viewed in great detail digitally and, importantly, remotely.
- We are continuing to conduct virtual viewings – viewings via Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp or other application that suits – of unoccupied properties and new homes.
- Increasing our online presence – ensuring our website and social media are updated frequently with properties promoted more now than ever before.
- Speaking to more buyers than ever – we are talking to more buyers than ever before, ensuring that they have all of the information about your property and are arranging flexible viewings ahead of time.
- Conducting video valuations for anyone that still wants to market their property.
- Offering any assistance to tenants, buyers, landlords and homeowners alike, on rent protection, mortgages and property, rental and other insurances.
Despite the situation there is still activity in the marketplace and we will continue to do our upmost to find you a buyer or your new home moving forwards. If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us.
