FULL DESCRIPTION "We have loved this house for 26yrs and have brought up a large family here. There are excellent Pre-schools through to secondary education, colleges and beyond, within easy reach. The village itself through the years has seen many changes, but it is a friendly community, with great countryside and facilities, lots of groups and activities run either from the village hall or recreation ground. Although there is no pub we have our own brewery FFF. Which locally we are very proud of; with a bar, and there are other options at the golf club and pavilion bar. Locally there are lots of family friendly eateries. As the kids grow the bus service to Winchester, Alton, Farnham or Guildford is on the doorstep and you can get to waterloo from Alton station. This allows them their independence (No taxi of mum and dad).

We have loved, laughed and cried in this home and always felt happy to live here. We look forward to our next adventure and leave Linnets in the hands of the next owners to enjoy. Whom we are sure will be just as happy here as we have been."

The outside of the property boasts a large frontage with a recently built three car wooden framed garage of which one has been made into a home studio ideal for working from home or hobbies/crafts room. The front also has an attached garage that is accessed via the driveway that sweeps across the front of the property providing plenty of parking. The rear garden has been landscaped to provide plenty of space for a vegetable patch that is in full operation accompanied by a large workshop.

The property occupies a prominent and convenient location just under a mile from the centre of the village of Four Marks. The active village of Four Marks stands within fine Hampshire countryside between the villages of Medstead, Ropley and Chawton. Four Marks has a very strong community with a primary school, parade of shops, hall and church. The market towns of Alton and Alresford provide a comprehensive range of facilities including a good range of individual shops, cinema, sports centre, two secondary schools, 6th form college and railway station to London Waterloo at Alton. The well renowned Perins secondary school is at Alresford.
